CHCH news has the exclusive look at the Temporary Barton Tiffany Shelter in Hamilton today as part of an open house. The project is a collaboration between the city and the good shepherd to house people living in encampments. There have been multiple delays in getting the project completed but today the city says the first group of people are moved in.
